The DRiV is a unique online assessment tool that looks at personality, motives and values to learn what drives and what drives and drains energy at work. It is a comprehensive assessment that looks at the core drivers that motivate and frame the decisions and actions we take, and the strengths and derailers that often come with our most important drivers.
This one-day ICF CE-eligible (4 hours Core Competency and 5 hours Resource Development) is ideal for training coaches, psychologists, and HR professionals on how to interpret and use the DRiV assessment. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with HR and psychology professional leaders.
