Leadership Worth Following is excited to invite you to our free* DRiV Certification Workshop.
The DRiV is a unique online assessment tool that looks at personality, motives and values to learn what drives and what drives and drains energy at work. It is a comprehensive assessment that looks at the core drivers that motivate and frame the decisions and actions we take, and the strengths and derailers that often come with our most important drivers.
This one-day ICF CE-eligible (4 hours Core Competency and 5 hours Resource Development) is ideal for training coaches, psychologists, and HR professionals on how to interpret and use the DRiV assessment. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with HR and psychology professional leaders.
*The DRiV certification is free for this event. Certification is typically $1000 per person.
